Gee it seems like it's been forever since I posted. I have been so busy. I traveled to Boston and was gone for 1 1/2 weeks visiting and taking classes. Then home for one day then gone for another 3 days, traveling to Tenn. to teach 3 classes. Whew, what a whirlwind of 2 weeks. Now that I am back I have planned more classes over at Simply Said Rubber Stamps.
I am getting ready to start putting together class kits for the 3 classes that I will be teaching at Stampaway in August. Below are my classes:
Wed, Aug 5 @ 11:00 - 1:00 Chalkboard Cards
Wed. Aug 5 @ 4:30 - 7:30 Multi Pocket Mini Album
Friday Aug 7 @ 8:00 am - 11:00 Two Folds Tag Book

OK Enough of what I have been doing class wise. Let me share with you a card that I just finished.
I tried out a relatively new product and I love this. It's called Color Burst and its from Ken Oliver. Talk about a great product. I used the product on a watercolor panel then I cut the panel into 1/2" strips and put together this card alternating the color strips with plain white strips.
I added flowers to the center and attached a sentiment to the bottom. The largest flower is a store bought product however the other flowers are my handmade creations.
Hope you get a chance to try and buy Color Burst. Its a highly pigmented powder and it really gives you absolutely gorgeous and colorful results.
