This page will show cards I make at or for the stamping club I belong to. This club meets at my house once a month. Below is a little info about how our club works.
Theme Card - We have a theme card (themes are identified for the upcoming year and a list is provided to the members in December for the upcoming year.)
Tutorials - One tutorial is presented at each monthly meeting. We take turns doing a tutorial making 1 new item, usually a card, at the meeting. The person responsible for the tutorial of the month will provide all the components of the card/project and walks us thru the making of the card/project. We all take turns doing a tutorial and the sign up is at the beginning of the year, signing up for the month we want to do a tutorial. The person presenting the tutorial also hands out something to be used in next months "challenge" card. (We are "challenged" to use what we are given.)
The Challenge Card - The person giving the tutorial also gives to all the members something to use on a card ....... and then we are to bring that "challenge" card to the next month's meeting. (It's amazing to see all the creativity each of the members has and how different each of the cards are.)
We Share Our Cards - We draw numbers to determine which card we will receive since we "share". We draw numbers to determine whose card we go home with. We draw numbers for the theme card and also for the challenge card. So we never leave with our own card.
