Today I am sharing with you 2 cards that I made using two new Halloween sets.
My first card uses stamps from set 470 Candy Corn Halloween.
This set is one of the 2 newest Halloween sets in the Sparkle N Sprinkle line. Love the witches in this set. There are 3 witches to choose from and I chose Candy the Sweet Halloween Witch. See that glittery black background, I made my own glitter paper and its so easy. Click here to go to the Tips and Techniques area on the Sparkle N Sprinkle blog to access the video that shows you how to make your own glitter paper.

For my last card, I used an image and a sentiment from Stampette set - 471 The Good Witch, the other newest Halloween set
Isn't she pretty!!

Both of your cards are so pretty! Love that glitter paper and broom! :)
ReplyDeleteYour cards really inspire me to make Halloween cards. I thought the glitter paper you made for the first one was a fabulous background for a spooky card, great idea. The whole card was very well balanced and eye pleasing. I loved the 2 circles with Candy, the sweet witch, gracing the middle of the circles and having freaky bats fluttering all around her. Your second card was great, too. I would never have thought to color the witch's hair gray, but it makes perfect sense since it fits in with the idea of an eerie Halloween. However, then you colored her scarf at the top of her hat and on her dress pink turning her into the good witch that she is. Good thinking went into the making of this card. I loved the broom handle anchor for the tag with the saying, too. Serenity1944
