Happy Birthday to Joe

Hi Everyone
Today is my brother's birthday. I made this card especially for him. The little car die cut on the card is one that I spied this summer and had to buy it with him in mind!! That die is a Marianne Design die. She has some great designs!!

The city scape is from Accucut and those papers are dictionary pages. The pages I used - one has the word birthday and the other page that has the word October on it.

My brother has always loved cars.He is a Ford man except for the Corvette he had for a few years. It was mine for about 5 years and I sold it to him, since he was dying to buy it. He has owned his fair share of cars that's for sure.He especially loves the old cars. He has restored cars and built cars from spare parts. He had a '32 Ford that was in the Cavalcade of Customs in Cincinnati years back, and I must say it was a beauty!!! I did love that car. He sold it much to my dismay!!

Oh well here's to you my brother, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! May you have many more!!

Thanks for stopping in today

  9. Great card for your brother. Very creative use of those pages to create the cityscape. I have resisted that car die but I am feeling really tempted now. I love all her dies.
