Hope everyone had a spectacular 4th. The weather here was less than spectacular, that's for sure. Since it's the 1st Tuesday of the month, it's time for my monthly post for Craft-Dee BowZ.
The theme for us designers at CDB for this month is mermaids.
I used the cutest mermaid digi from Cute As A Button.
This mermaid is called seaweed mermaid.
Here is a closer shot of her
And she is adorable.
Let me show you a closer view of my bow.
Bows are easy to make using the Craft-Dee BowZ bow maker tool.
I was so bow challenged until I got this tool. And now it's so easy to make a bow.

Wow. A very big WOW. I think this is one of my favorite cards on your blog. Of course, I adore the ocean so that may be part of my attraction to the mermaid. I LOVE the background paper. I seriously, and you'll laugh, but feel I should sway with the motion in it. Haven't you ever watched downhill skiing, or ice skating on tv and feel yourself moving with the person on the screen? (Or am I the only nut?) Anyway, this card has great motion and I love how you colored this beautiful mermaid. Your bow is beautiful and I love the multi-color AND so many loops. It's a great embellishment on a beautiful card!
ReplyDeleteSo lovely, Barbara! The coloring on the mermaid image is beautiful. Gorgeous bow!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely stunning work of art. I love the colors of the mermaid and how she is emerging from her underwater garden. Great background along with the glitter paper and of course, love the beautiful bow too!
