Crafty Creations Challenge #344

Hello Everyone,
Today is the start of a new challenge over at Crafty Creations Challenges.

The sponsor is Bugaboo Stamps and their selection of digital images is awesome and the winner of the challenge will receive 4 single digi images

This challenge will run until July 4th, so you have time to get a project made and submitted.

I decided to use a cute image - Birthday Troll

Since I was using the Birthday Troll, 

I decided to add the Balloon Topper for an additional party look and 

to add more fun and celebration to the look 

I used an embossing folder to add fireworks to the added panel behind the Birthday Troll

Next, I added the sentiment and some glitter to finish this card off.

Lil Patch of Crafty Friends #60

Hello and welcome back to my blog

Today is the beginning of a new challenge over at Lil Patch of CraftyFriends.

My card today is using  a digital image from Miss Daisy Stamps and I'm using Autumn Wagon.

I know here in the US we are just experiencing summer but you know, time flies and the next season is autumn. {LOL} And it will be here before we know it.

This image is so cool, if you love pumpkins and/or sunflowers, then this could be one of your fave's. It comes with a few sentiments too.

I added a fence and some grass to finish this off.

Turn Over a New Leaf

Hello everyone,

Not sure if you know this but over at Craft-Dee BowZ, all the designers take a turn posting on a Tuesday.  I am scheduled for the 1st Tuesday of each month and that's today.

I don't know about you but I keep seeing cards made with Patchwork dies over on Pinterest and I love this look. I did some digging and the company that offers these dies is in the Netherlands and out of 8 different die sets they have offered in the past, they only have 3 styles left to buy. Since they are on sale I have to assume once they are gone - they are gone for good. (Bummer) So with that in mind, I ordered the 3 styles that are left to get.

So while I wait for these dies to arrive (from the Netherlands so that will take a little while) I just used some circle dies and kind of made my own design

Here is what I came up with.

I added a flower and a butterfly die cut as accents and that is how this card came together.

I just love this patchwork look.

As an accent, I made a smaller triple loop bow using a dotted swiss ribbon.

The Craft-Dee BowZ tool makes it so easy to make your bows the size you need for your cards.
