April Stamp Club - Theme Card

Well Hello Everyone!!

Hope you are having a  nice week so far!!
OK, we've slid into April, with all the problems of the pandemic. Let's sit down and set those issues aside and focus on the brighter side of life for a few minutes.

Tuesday nite was the night we normally would have had our monthly stamp club meeting, however our meetings are on hold for a while.

Last month, we decided to continue to make the theme card and everyone will send their card to me. After we are able to get together again, we will swap our cards as we normally would. Since we won't be doing a tutorial we won't have a challenge card either.

The theme for April is Umbrella/Stormy Weather. I had no stamps or digi's that would fit this theme so, I went shopping online and found the cutest set from AMB Illustrations

And that set (Duck in Rain Gear) includes a lot of images, hope you check them out.

Here's the card I made for stamp club

This card was really a fun one to make
BTW - this is a 6" X 6" card size

Just For You

Hello Everyone,

Hey, thanks for stopping in today.

Since its the first Tuesday of the month,
it's time for my Inspiration Tuesday project
over at Craft-Dee BowZ

Now that April is here I decided to use a floral stamp. My stamp kind of reminds me of a dandelion which we all seem to fight throughout the warm weather season. I just got this stamp in a set that I ordered late last week from Rubbernecker.
Now I really didn't need a new stamp set, but I fell in love with the whole set
(organic set #3)

Let me share my card with you.

Let's check out The Bow

I decided to use a triple loop bow.
And I placed the bow on the side of the card. It was the perfect spot.

Here is a closer view of my bow.

I used a white Hug Snug Seam Binding for this bow. (One of my fav's)

I used my Craft-Dee BowZ bow making tool.
Don't forget, the Craft-Dee BowZ bow making tool
is the best tool out there to aid you in making your bows.

The tool is small, easy to store, easy to use and so portable.
