Ribbons and Bows

Hello my friends!

Ribbons and Bows

I have used the Single Rose image from the Vintage Roses and Birds set (one of my fav's) and the sentiment I've used, is from the Sunny Sunflower stamp set

The single rose is a perfect image for a slimline card. They are really popular these days. Hope you will try it out.

Just a Note

Hello Everyone,

I thought I'd pop in and share a card with everyone today. My card includes a fancy fold, gems and the use of a stencil.

I used a corner flip fold on the upper corner, and I used light molding paste with my stencil on the green CS layer on the card front.

Here's the inside

My flower was made using a punch. Using 5 layers of the punched image, I shaped the petals on the 2 bottom labels. Next 2 layers I snipped off some of the length of the petals and shaped those and the top layer I snipped more making the petals even shorter. I added a glob of hot glue to the center to make it rounded and added glitter to the glue center.

On my green CS layer I used a stencil and added molding paste and after pulling up the stencil, I had a beautiful background.

SUPPLIES I USED ON MY PROJECT

Stamps: Rubber stamps - sentiments - Rubber Stampede, Great Impressions
Paper/Card Stock
White CS, Green CS,
Ink: Memento - Northern Pine
Accessories:Golden - Light Molding Paste, Flat Backed gems, Glitter, Flower punch, Leaf punch

I  am submitting my card in the following challenges:

Thanks for stopping by today. Hope you are inspired to make a corner flip fold card or get a stencil out and use that with some molding paste (if you have some in your stash).

I will be back soon

Stay safe

Anything Goes

Hello my friends!
It's time for a new challenge over on the Artsystamper Challenge Blog where the team is showcasing digital images designed by Beverly Cole at Artsystamper Digitals!   The 1st and 3rd Monday of each month brings another Artsystamper Challenge and today's theme is

Anything Goes

Bev has added the Watercolor Florals Card Making Kit to the online store
and I have used some of the elements on my project.
This kit provides you with so much. Oh my, it's awesome (IMHO)

We all give gifts from time to time, even in these crazy times.
So with that in mind I used a sheet of  Aged Gray from the papers section of the kit and covered the front of a plain white gift bag. I keep these bags on hand,
I like to decorate them myself.

Next I printed out a sheet of vintage lime again from the papers section. I used a bag topper die from Accu-Cut. To decorate the bag topper I used a scalloped oval die and used an embossing folder to give the smaller scalloped oval some definition. I added glitter and then glued the foliage and beautiful water colored  flowers and greenery (from the watercolor elements sheet) to the smaller oval. The smaller oval then was glued onto the bag topper.
Here is the gift bag. Its ready to hold the gift and then ready to be given

This bag took less than 20 minutes to make.
Once again, I can't tell you how quick & easy it is to create a project
using these beautiful images.  Be sure to check 'em out!

I used my Craft-Dee BowZ tool and its so easy to use.
The great thing about the Craft-Dee BowZ tool

as well as the larger bows to use on regular size gifts

If you are bow challenged - the CDB tool is for you.
The tool is small and makes great bows.
