EXTRA, EXTRA, Read all about it!!!!
Hi Everyone,
I have some exciting news to share with you all.
You may or may not know this, but, Unity has been in the process of making changes to their website to give YOU the flexibility of ordering {ippity} stamps right off their website. So these changes are in place now AND I am really glad to let you know that you can now order Unity stamps and {ippity} stamps on the same order!!! ONE STOP SHOPPING!!!
When you place your order, it will ship directly from Unity. To make ordering easy when you are on my ippity blog, I have set it up so that if you click on my picture (above the post section) on ippitydoda.blogspot.com , you will be directed to the Unity site right into the order section and you should see a message that says you selected Barbara Bruder as your ippity chick. If that doesn't happen you should be on the chicks screen so just scroll down and find my picture then click the choose button under my pic and name and you will be linked up to me for ordering capability.By choosing me, I will get credit for your sale. I know, you are wondering about the cool freebies that I used to send with my orders. Well, I plan on still sending you freebies, however, these little goodies will come directly from me so they will come separate from your order.
OK, if you go over to the Unity site on your own then what do you do??? Well on the Unity site, in the left hand column, there is a link that says... ippity - ORDER on the Unity website. Clicking on that link, takes you over to a screen where all the ippity chicks pictures are. Find your chick (ME), click on the word chose and now you are able to buy stamps and the chick you've chosen, will get credit for the sale.
Now here is more exciting news!!!
This weekend is Angie's 39th birthday ...... and she is celebrating by giving you a 39% discount on ALL stamps that you order this weekend. So that's 39% off Unity and {ippity} stamps. I'm telling you, that is a super deal!!! Just remember to use the code ang39 in the discount code section on the order page to receive the discount!!!
Well what do you think??? I think it's a win-win for you and me.
Leave a comment on ippitydoda.blogspot.com and you will get a chance to get in the drawing that will take place Monday.
In celebration of being able to combine Unity and ippity on your order here is a card design using a super Unity set.

The Year in Review - a blog hop
Hi Everyone,
Do you believe it, another year has come and gone. There is so much creativity out here in blog land, and I was invited by Karin over at With an "i" for Paper to participate in a review of 2011 and so can you. Just pick out your favorite cards from the past year, and post them on your blog. Then come over to Karin's blog at With an "i" for Paper and pop your name in the Linky spot and let the oooing and aahhing begin. All Karin asks is that you limit the number of cards you choose to 12 (That's one for each month of the year) and post a photo of the button below at the top of your post and link back to With an "i" for Paper.
Before you get started, I have 2 prizes to award to two lucky commenters. The 1st prize will be a stamp set and the 2nd prize will be 2 - 1/2oz. jars of glitter (2 different colors), so don't forget to leave a comment to be eligible. If you comment, I will enter your name in a drawing and the drawing will take place Jan 1, 2012. Good luck to all!!
So now sit for a minute or two and lets review my year. I have 12 cards for you to check out. Believe me, this has been a hard task, to choose just 12 cards. These are really in no particular order.

Smile with your Heart
Hi Stampers,
The punch used in today's card is from Just Imagine/Kreations, and I used punch #917 . It's a cool punch, it has hearts on it. When I ordered it, I had envisioned using it for Valentine's Day, and I'm sure I will. However the punch goes great with the stamps I am using on today's card. It's funny how things just fall into place.
The 4-in-1 punches are quite the bargain. What other punches give you all that versatility with one punch. I am always amazed with the different looks you can achieve when you use the inserts that come with each of the 4-in-1 punches. This punch has wide versatility and will work with many different themes besides Valentine's Day. I can see it used on a scrapbook layout with pic's of the family, love, the grand kids, your husband, the kids, you get the picture. I am sure you will think of many many more themes and uses. Make sure to look at the whole array of Kreations Punches. I'll bet you see something that will be just right for your project.
The stamps set used on the today's card are part of a set from {ippity} stamps. It is set IPK-120. Click here to go to the {ippity} store for a great selection of stamps.
I also received a blog award yesterday from Denise at Lala's World. I met Denise thru Crafter's Companion and I am very honored that she would bestow this award on me. Thank you so much Denise!!!
As part of this award I have to answer the following 12 questions and pass this on to 5 people. Here are the answers to my questions:
Name your favorite color?
Black - I wear it a lot
Name your favorite song?
Rolling in the Deep - by Adele
Name your favoirte dessert?
Cherry Pie (but I love all sweets)
What wizzes you off at the moment?
Can't think of any particular thing
Your favorite pet?
My cats, all 2 sometimes 3 of them
Black or white?
Black of course
Your biggest fear?
Heights
Best feature?
Sense of humor
Everyday attitude?
Go with the flow
What is perfection?
a spring day
Guilty pleasure?
chocolate
When you're upset?
I gripe
I want to pass on this award to friends that I've met along the way. Some of these ladies I've known longer than others, some I've met thru the internet, but each has touched me in various ways. It's always nice to recognize people and their efforts and pay it forward.

Each of these ladies has given me support and has been there when I needed them in more ways than one. They support me with comments and believe me when I say, I cherish each and every comment from everyone who leaves a comment. These ladies cheer me on and inspire me as well, and continue to make me stretch my imagination and my abilities.

MMSC80 and Fall {ippity} Stamps
Here is the MMSC80 design for this week. My design this week is from a set from the latest fall line of {ippity} stamps. The fall {ippity} stamps are in and they are really nice. These stamps are very deeply etched and they are all foam mounted and are a line made by Unity stamps, so, you know they are quality.
Here is a card using the stamps from set IPK-140 Sing a New Song.

Card Patterns Sketch 82
Hi Everyone,
Today's card is based on the card sketch from Card Patterns. The pumpkin is cut from an AccuCut die that I own and I used paintable wallpaper instead of cardstock. I love the texture on this paper. Next I used inks and Copic markers to color the pumpkin. I then used VersaMark to ink all over the pumpkin and covered the pumpkin with shimmer embossing powder and heat set it.This gives the pumpkin a great glow. This verse is from Ippity stamps.

Well that is it for today, thanks for stopping by, see you soon,

C4C55 (Crazy 4 Challanges)
Hi Stampers
Today's card celebrates the fall season. I love the two stamps that I used for this card. The scarecrow and the fence with the crow. What a great combination. The fence is a stamp from Ippity and the scarecrow is Sparkle N Sprinkle. The papers really compliment the card and show off the colors in the scarecrow. I didn't have red brads so I embossed gold ones with Red Apple embossing powder and now they really look great with the colors on the card. The card design is based on this weeks sketch shown at Crazy 4 Challenges blog. Well that is it for now, thanks for stopping by, see you soon,
